Context

In Luke 11, Jesus is addressing the crowds, responding to various comments and questions about His miracles and teachings.

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
 ––Luke 11:28 KJV

How to read it

If you listen to God’s word and actually apply it in your life, you’re going to be living your best life. It’s not just about hearing cool stories or going to church; it’s about letting those lessons shape how you roll every day. So, when you take what’s in the Bible and live it out, you’re setting yourself up for some serious life blessings.

Let’s pray

Heavenly Father,
I praise You for Your perfect Word, and am grateful for the blessings You bring to all who hear and keep it. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, that my actions and words might draw others closer to You and into Your eternal Kingdom. Help me to not just be a listener but someone who lives out Your teachings in my everyday life. Let your word guide my thoughts, actions, and decisions. May I experience the blessings You promised when I align my life with Your truth.
