Context

Isaiah 41 reassures God’s chosen people, encouraging them not to fear as He will support and protect them amidst adversities.

 

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
 ––Isaiah 41:10 KJV

How to read it

God says not to freak out because He’s right there with you. You don’t have to stress because He’s got your back and will give you the strength you need. He’s promising to help you out and hold you up when things get messy. Like, God’s got the ultimate support system, and He’s all about lifting you up with His mighty hand. So don’t sweat it, you’re totally covered by His love and power.

Heavenly Father,
thank you for being my constant support and comfort. I praise You for Your strength and Your willingness to help me through all challenges. Please remind me daily of Your presence and power in my life. Please strengthen and uphold me with Your righteous hand when I feel weak or afraid. Thank You for Your everlasting love.
