How to read it

This verse is like telling you ‘Don’t stress!’ about anything. Instead of letting worries pile up, just hit up God with your requests. Pray, be grateful, and keep it real with Him. It’s all about transforming your anxiety into trust because when you talk things out with God, you get this peace in return that’s beyond anything you can imagine.

Let’s pray

Heavenly Father,
thank you for your promise of peace that guards our hearts and minds. I praise you for listening when I call on you in my times of trouble. Through You I remember to always bring my concerns to you in prayer and thanksgiving. Through You I have the strength to trust you fully with everything I need.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
